The Malecón

San Felipe, in the province of Baja California Norte, Mexico, is a small fishing community, and relies on tourist traffic from Americans and Canadians. It's a laid-back slightly sleepy little town,  sometimes overrun with tourists and students on Spring Break.

Major off-road races take place in the vicinity but the main focus of the town is the beautiful Sea of Cortez, and the waterfront malec?n that is the centerpiece of San Felipe.

I have some land on El Dorado Ranch near the town of San Felipe.
